Product Description Responding to the need for an easy-to-use machine that takes care of the smaller yards, Sun Joe developed the Mow Joe MJ401E, a smaller electric lawn mower that delivers the power of a gas machine with the convenience of an electric unit. Its durable steel blade cuts 14 wide with precision on each pass. In addition to its hard-working mowing capacity, the Mow Joe features a three position manual height adjustment. The Mow Joe is equipped with a hard top rear bag, which detaches easily for convenient disposal. No gas, oil, or tune-ups are necessary. The unit is ETL-approved and carries a full two year warranty.

| Customer Reviews: Good Mower for Small Yards December 13, 2009 James F. Walter (Philadelphia PA) We have a lake house with a small 25x40 grassy area. I wanted a mower that was small and light and the Mow Joe fits the bill. The bag is small for picking up leafs but for just triming the grass it's OK. The 12inch cutting width is small and increases the time to cut the area and getting use to having an electric cord to work around takes some practice but it's alot quiter and cleaner than the gas powered option. My only concern is how long the plastic base will hold up.

This lawnmower is perfect for someone with a small yard. It's not to noisy, and it operates with ease. It is also very light in weight.
Best little lawnmower August 10, 2009 Victor 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This is one of the best little mowers that I have tried. It has 3 settings for height.
It sounds like a fan when operated.
The only down side is that the height settings sometimes slip or change on their own; but, for the price it is the best.
